New York Classic Week
The main gathering of classic yachts will be at Dennis
Conner's North Cove on the Hudson River in Lower Manhattan. This mega
yacht facility has been reserved for the first New York Classic Week and all
yachts will receive a 20% discount. The Concours d'Elegance

Be sure to inform her you are with the New York Classic Week. Space is limited at North Cove so early reservations are recommended. Free Anchoring - There is a calm and protected anchorage on the south side of Liberty State Park. Get out a chart and look west of Liberty Island. You will see a channel going back to a public launching ramp. you can drop a hook overnight at the back of this channel. It is free and calm. In addition to North Cove, there are other docking venues around the harbor, especially for smaller yachts. Here is a list of some options: 1. Liberty Harbor Marina, on the north side of Morris Canal in Jersey City. Liberty Landing Marina, on the south side of Morris Canal in Jersey City. Offers weekday water taxi service to and from Manhattan. Chelsea Piers, a large recreational development near West 23rd St with large boats. Also home of the classic yacht Adirondack.
