Operation Optimist Registration

To request a spot for your child in Operation Optimist, please complete & submit this form.

After completing and submitting this Registration Form, the parent or guardian will also need to sign the Parental Release Form.

Your form will be received by the Manhattan Sailing School office (open Monday to Friday).  They will confirm your registration by email.  If you have any questions, please call David Caporale, Director of the School at 212-786-0400.
